I couldn't find many reviews from people who owned this ebike, so I thought I'd give my review after a few days of owning one.

I bought this from Costco Canada for $2,000 after tax. I looked at a few other options, but the selection is quite limited in Canada. I was originally going to go with a Radpower bike but they're more expensive and have been out of stock for months. Delivery took a week. The box showed up very banged up, there were lots of dents and scrapes on the box.

I've never put a bike together so it took me about 90 min to put it all together. It took quite a lot of effort to tighten the screw for the stem/handlebars to keep it in place. Screwing in the display from underneath also took a while since the allen key can't freely turn all the way since it keeps hitting the stem. The parts are pretty heavy for a bike and it would have been easier to have another person to hold the pieces in place while you screw them in.

While putting it together I found quite a few dings and scrapes all over the body and fenders. All cosmetic, and not worth returning the bike over, but disappointing to see on a brand new product.

Immediately upon wheeling it outside I could hear the brake discs scraping against the pads. I was able to adjust the spacing a bit so they didn't rub but it meant having to pull the brake handles a lot more.

I had a friend who is very into bikes come over and adjust the brakes. In the end, we had to bend the discs a bit so they lined up better. They must have been damaged during shipping.

After we got rid of the brake noise I could hear a knocking while pedalling. After searching the net I found this video and followed it on how to tighten the hub and it took care of the noise. https://youtu.be/HBX2R8_QPmg

While putting the rear wheel back on my friend noticed the wheel wasn't centred, it was off to one side so he tried to adjust it. He said that the adjustments seem to be different on each side and opposite from his own bikes. This ended up taking almost an hour to centre the wheel and keep the proper tension on the belt.

Now that we've taken care of the adjustments and I've ridden it for a bit, it's a pretty solid bike. This is my first ebike and I'm happy with it. The throttle is a great help when moving from a stop. I can easily get up to 25km/h on level 1-2 pedal assist and up to 35km/h on level 5. This is much faster than I need, the bike lanes here often cut in and out of the sidewalk and street so I need to make a lot of quick turns and need to slow down for them. I'm not using this as a motorbike so I don't need to go faster than this.

I found that when you get up over 20km/h you're pedalling with almost no resistance, some additional gears would be nice, but not totally necessary.

The roads are pretty bad here with lots of potholes that you wouldn't notice in a car but definitely feel on a bike. Some kind of suspension would have been nice since the ride on this can be quite hard, but again not totally necessary.

I got down to 55% battery with a 25km ride (this is with using a lot of throttle and higher pedal assist for the first day to test it out). 50-60km on a single charge is much more than I need.

Overall I'm happy with the bike. I really wish this didn't come so banged up and needing so many adjustments out of the box. If you do buy one of these, expect it to require adjustments. Once that's taken care of, it's a pretty great bike. You'll get lots of compliments on how it looks.
